Extremely excellent pest management company. I tried contacting rentokil and pest buster and while they... responded, but totally ignored me after telling them the issue. Perhaps they find it too "minor" or not profitable, but it just shows how unprofessional they are. Maximum Pest is different, responded speedily, came down for the inspection quickly and gave me advice, good preventive suggestions and a quote. I’ve been seeing brown banded cockroaches (little roaches that don’t grow that big), in my HDB house for two... years now! Right from the phone call to enquire and schedule an appt to the actual service call by Chris, everything was... done professionally and with a smile. I found some wriggly worm like insects and dropped wings in my room and got worried as an internet search suggested that they could be termites. I cAlled Max Pest today and managed to get an inspection done by Chris in the afternoon. Chris was knowledgeable. He inspected and explained the situation as well as how termite infestations actually occur. He provided a fair assessment and was not pushy to sell me a treatment package. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism, and certainly felt more assured that the probability of having a termite infestation in my home is pretty slim.read more

I noted several of my cabinets having the symptom of termite infestation. My carpenter recommended for me to... contact a pest control firm to verify. I did some research and narrowed down to two firms. I decided to approach Maximum Pest. Chris dropped by my home and did the checks. He not only checked the problem area, he also checked several other areas e.g. kitchen. Thankfully, my place is cleared of termites. Chris then shared his insights on termites and he advised on what I should do on a regular basis. After the assessment was done, I wanted to pay Chris for his time and transportation. He refused to accept any payment. Throughout the process, Chris was a true professional and client-focused. There was no selling involved. Just honest and thoughtful service. I would strongly recommend Maximum Pest to anyone who is troubled with pests in their home or in their workplace.read more

I called Maximum Pest to help with a drywood termite infestation. Chris came promptly for a free inspection and... consultation, and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. Instead of hard-selling a treatment that may not be effective, Maximum Pest was meticulous to first investigate the problem thoroughly by tapping various locations of the wooden flooring and taking time to understand the specific situation at my house before jumping to any proposal. In the end they were honest enough to actually advise to not proceed with a treatment and recommended for me to find a separate contractor to replace the wooden skirting and flooring because alternative solutions such as foaming termiticide risk making the problem worse for my case because I had too much square footage of wooden flooring/skirting (if not 100% of the termites are killed, they will produce aelates and swarm to recolonize other areas as they sense the threat). Although I can't review their treatment methods as I did not proceed with a job, I can say from their consultation that they strike me as being very well experienced, and demonstrate professionalism and sincerity.read more

I called Maxpest for a free inspection, thinking that I might have termites in my apartment. They were quick to... set up my appointment and Chris is very professional during the inspection. He took time to explain about termites infestation and also determined that my place does not have termites but book lice instead. MaxPest Management to enquire about residential termite eradication, followed by the inspection visit and thereafter during the subsequent treatment period from May to July 2017. Kudos to the team of Chris, Nadiah, Azeen and in particular Taufiq for their professional, friendly and polite service. With regards to the outcome, the treatment/eradication has just been deemed completed so hopefully, with a thorough job done, no further follow-up during the ensuing one-year warranty period will be required.read more

Highly recommended! Great service! I emailed to maximum pest and they arrange free inspection at my house for... bed bugs problem. On the first treatment, Roy and his team did a thorough check on the main infestation and advice us that only our bed frame needs to be discarded. However 2 weeks after our last treatment, we caught one bed bug on our sofa and we called max pest, and they arranged another visit to understand the situation. After which, Roy arranged one more treatment for us, until now whenever we have any enquiries they still provide swift response. (Thumbs up!) Thank you very much for your service!read more

Prompt response from Maximum Pests when we emailed them for free site visit. Chris provided a detailed check... for traces of termite in our house and even explained the behaviour of termites for our further understanding during his first visit. After which when my renovation crew seemed to see 2 termites hanging around, we gave Chris a call. His reaction was fast as he wanted to come down on the same day to have a look. I saw an roach in my house and called Maxpest. The specialist came right away and did and inspection.... Conclusion is that it seemed to be an isolated roach so the specialist did not suggest a pest control at this stage. We recently found out that there's bed bugs in one of our bedrooms and so contacted a few pest control... companies, including Maximum for a quotation. Chris was the only one who advised and gave a free inspection before concluding on a treatment method. Chris was very thorough during inspections; I.e.; lifting up the wooden boards that support the bed, looking through all the gaps and creases on the bed frame, the edges and also in the cupboards. He briefed us on the procedure on the ways to eliminate the bed bugs and gave us an estimated quotation. He then left without pressuring us to use his service. (Thumbs up for this.) We were touched by his professionalism and from the facebook reviews we read, we decided to go with Maximum's service. After the 3 days of treatments, I don't see any bed bugs anymore. We have had termites problems in our townhouse over the years. I finally called the go-to big name pest... control company in Singapore (R). Fortunately, I also called Maximum Pest Management. I found Maximum Pest Management superior in all fronts: 1. Maximum's hotline was quickly answered by a real person Ms Zahirah. She is personable and knowledgeable on pest control issues, and she arranged for Mr Chris (owner) to visit our place the same day. 2. Mr Chris' site visit - His investigations were extremely thorough and proactive. 3. Treatment proposals - Mr Chris has our best interests in mind. He ruled out the most expensive soil treatment method noting it was not necessary or practical under our circumstances (unlike the R representative). His treatment proposal for us also appears to be much more effective for the long run.read more
